Qualifications

• 1–2 years field experience around concrete, aggregates, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization.
• DOT compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of CDL drivers.
• Coordinate with Dispatch on town assignments and union contracts.
• Ensure safe, timely deliveries and strong customer relations.
• Address delivery and driver complaints promptly.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety training for drivers.
• Oversee driver qualifications and scheduling; support contract negotiations.
• Resolve driver issues with shop, dispatch, and management.
• Participate in safety and performance initiatives.
