Job summary

Mondelēz International in Spokane, WA seeks a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate to safely deliver products to stores and prepare trucks for drivers. This hybrid role combines driving days with warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate with safety as a priority, support inventory, load/unload deliveries, and collaborate with the Route Manager to ensure on-time shipments. CDL-A and at least one year of safe driving are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-Class A license and at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Must have REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access facilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment; lift, bend, carry, push, pull.
• Must pass requirements to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other duties.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety compliance and conducts regular equipment safety checks.
• Prepares customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records daily.
• Performs duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinates with retail customers and delivery personnel to communicate needs.
• Participates in warehouse activities including unloading, counting, order processing, and organizing.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks and ensures proper palletizing.
• Operates equipment safely (tractor, trailer, pallet jack) and uses ELD and scanner.
• Adapts to changing routes and schedules; works in outdoor conditions.
