Are you a dependable CDL driver who takes pride in delivering safely, professionally, and on time? Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is looking for a Regional CDL Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be an essential link in our supply chain—delivering products across state lines while providing outstanding customer service along the way.

We’re looking for someone who knows the road, respects safety, and understands the importance of a well-handled delivery. If you enjoy being on the move, solving problems, and working independently while still being part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position will have you home each night!

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer in various weather and road conditions
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies for safe, legal transport
• Load/unload cargo (often with a forklift) and ensure secure delivery
• Complete all required logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation accurately
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and store leadership
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, including fueling and routine upkeep
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Occasionally travel overnight as needed for regional routes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL license and medical card
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/Clearinghouse checks
• Familiarity with regional routes and local/state traffic laws
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 60 lbs.)
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is looking for a Sales Specialist I to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and contractors—helping them find the right products, answering questions, and ensuring smooth, accurate transactions.

Whether you're ringing up a sale, loading materials, or building customer relationships, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering great service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
• Handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and returns
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Support sales outreach to current and potential customers
• Learn about products and services to better serve customer needs
• Assist in the yard, occasionally operating a forklift to load materials
• Ensure work areas (storefront and yard) are safe, clean, and welcoming
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Help maintain accurate inventory and balance cash drawer

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail associate or cashier experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience with POS systems and inventory procedures a plus
• Forklift experience helpful (we’ll train the right candidate)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 15 lbs
