Job summary

SRS Building Products in Englewood, CO is seeking a CDL Driver who delivers building materials safely and on time to job sites, verifies inventory, and follows DOT/OSHA safety standards. You will communicate with customers and coordinate material placements while maintaining professional service.

Responsibilities include performing pre-trip inspections, operating forklifts, loading/unloading up to 100 lbs, and working in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A or B with air brakes endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Must operate forklifts safely, work in varied conditions, and communicate effectively in English. Candidates must be 18+ (21 for interstate/hazmat), pass background checks, drug tests, and E-Verify, and verification via the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• 1-2 years of relevant commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure secure, damage-free deliveries.
• Assess job site conditions to prevent hazards, collaborate with customers for material placement, and document deliveries with photos per company policy.
• CDL Drivers must be physically capable of long hours driving and handling materials up to 100 lbs; loading/unloading with forklifts or manually, in varied weather and noisy environments, and reading job-related documents in English.
