Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Garbage/Recycling experience preferred.
• Class B commercial driver’s license required.
• Must meet all qualifications under DOT regulations.
• Clearinghouse profile required.
• Substance abuse testing is required for onboarding and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre- and post-operation checks on a commercial vehicle.
• Safely operates vehicles on assigned routes including roads, neighborhoods, and alleys.
• Operates controls and joystick equipment per safety regulations.
• Interacts courteously with coworkers, dispatchers, and customers.
• Monitors vehicle status to minimize downtime.
• Completes paperwork and reports accurately.
• Follows safety regulations and maintains productivity.
