Job summary

AllTex Welding Supply, Inc. seeks a dependable delivery driver to safely and accurately deliver hard goods and gases. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure loads are secure and documented correctly.

You will maintain professional interaction with customers, update manifests, and adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards while working in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Capable of calculating load changes and entering data on manifests.
• Able to work in varied weather conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hard goods and/or gases safely and accurately.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure load accuracy and integrity.
• Practice proper cylinder handling and load securement at all times.
• Keep manifests and tickets updated, obtain signatures, and update cylinder balances.
