Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to load, transport, and unload containers at customer sites using a lift mechanism, while maintaining safety and excellent rapport with customers.

The role requires a valid CDL Class B license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certificate, and ability to perform pre/post trip inspections; on-the-job training provided. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid CDL Class B license with no air brake restriction.
• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license.
• DOT medical certificate or ability to obtain is required.
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up containers at customer locations with a lift mechanism.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and lift.
• Accept add-on deliveries as required to meet business needs.
• Coordinate rental paperwork and payment with customers.
• Communicate with leadership on questions or issues and prepare driver notes as needed.
• Operate forklift and/or overhead crane as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck cab and containers.
