Join to apply for the CDL Driver - Recovery Technician role at GFL Environmental Inc.

The Recovery Technician will be responsible for operating a straight truck while collecting used oil, filters, and plastics throughout the designated province. This individual must demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships and promote GFL's services. Responsibilities include:

1. Following schedules and service orders as instructed by the Service Coordinator.
2. Providing exceptional on-site service to customers.
3. Completing service paperwork in accordance with GFL and TDG regulations.
4. Ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance of the truck cab, components, and other equipment.
5. Participating in GFL’s safety programs, including safety meetings, risk assessments, and job hazard assessments.

Requirements include:

1. CDL A preferred.
2. At least 2 years of driving experience.
3. Self-motivated attitude.
4. Experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.
5. TWIC Card.
6. Passing DISA background check and testing.
