Base pay range: $25.00/yr - $28.00/yr

The Role
Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing safety by following all safety policies and regulations
- Driving and operating CDL equipment safely, including Roll-Off Trucks, Flat Bed Trucks, Vacuum Trucks, and Service Trucks; performing pre/post-trip inspections
- Documenting all required company, federal, state, and customer paperwork clearly and accurately
- Operating high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment
- Performing field technician duties such as shoveling and tank cleaning
- Communicating professionally with on-site customer representatives
- Leading and directing subordinate personnel
- Troubleshooting equipment and performing minor repairs
- Maintaining equipment and company property
- Working in elevated or confined spaces and adhering to safety protocols (training provided)
Qualifications
- Valid Class “A” or “B” CDL with Tanker Endorsement (N) or combined Tanker and Hazardous (X) endorsement, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate
- Experience driving manual 10-speed or higher transmission
- Maintaining insurability under company insurance
- Ability to work in elevated/confined spaces and follow safety procedures (training provided)
- Proficiency in English for safety instructions and emergency response
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings and background checks
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed
- Ability to perform Technician 1 duties within 30 days, and Technician 2 & 3 within the first year
- Physical ability to sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, crawl, and lift at least 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in extreme conditions and wear protective gear
- Capable of working extended hours and variable shifts
