Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our team in El Campo and surrounding areas. The role focuses on transporting, stocking, and replenishing shelves with beverages, delivering happiness to local customers.

Starting pay is hourly with opportunities for incentives and bonuses; must have a Class A CDL and a valid DOT qualification. Local routes and community-based work empower you as a brand ambassador while supporting our regional distribution network.

Qualifications

Workdays/Shift Hours:Monday-Friday, 4:30 am start time

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 21+ years of age, Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 6 months driving experience,stocking and merchandising experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23.93 to $29.78 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
