Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our team in the Austin, TX area. You will drive our local routes, deliver beverages, and replenish shelves while representing the Coca-Cola brand.

Key requirements include a valid Class A CDL, minimum 6 months of driving experience, and a willingness to work with a local route. Prior stocking/merchandising experience is preferred and performance-based incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Clean Driving Record.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.

Job Location: Austin, Texas and surrounding areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am start time

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 21+ years of age, Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 6 months driving experience, stocking and merchandising experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
