Job summary

Nexeo Plastics, a global thermoplastic resins distributor, seeks a delivery driver in Minnesota. You will operate trucks, perform inspections, ensure safe loading/unloading, and provide excellent service to customers while maintaining DOT/OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Possess the proper CDL with all endorsements and clean driving record.
Experience loading/unloading shipments for delivery.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for professional client interaction.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate a motor vehicle for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks over 20 tons for shipping and receiving of bulk or packaged goods.
Perform pre-trip, during, and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports.
Monitor hours of service.
Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup.
Assist customers and respond to questions or problems.
Ensure delivered goods match bill of lading.
Maintain required certifications (DOT, OSHA).
Operate forklift to pick, store, and stage material.
