Job summary

Nexeo Plastics is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle receiving, storing and shipping inventory per SAP and company schedules. You will load orders, unload stock, label outgoing items and assist with railcar or bulk truck transfers using a pneumatic packaging system.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, basic math skills, and 0-2 years of warehouse experience. A strong team mindset and ability to work multiple shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to read labels, numbers and perform basic calculations.
• Team player and able to work multiple shifts.
• Inventory, equipment maintenance and data entry may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs required pre-use inspections of equipment and reports results.
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Ensure delivered goods match items on the bill of lading.
• Operates forklift to pick, store and unload material.
• Picks up empty drums and totes and assists with packing and labeling.
• Reviews paperwork to ensure proper transport and compliance.
• Attends training meetings and supports team operations.
