Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a driver to deliver products with focus on safety and customer service. You will be the primary interface at delivery, loading and unloading goods, and assisting with order accuracy. You’ll perform DOT inspections and maintain vehicle logs, while planning efficient routes.

The role emphasizes home evenings and weekends, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for professional development within a nationwide infrastructure products leader.

Qualifications

• Has a current Class A or B CDL issued by the resident state.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience per FMCSA/DOT guidelines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers and interfaces at delivery.
• Loads/unloads, and assists with order preparation for shipment.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and maintains logs.
• Resolves customer issues and ensures accurate manifests.
• Plans routes and adjusts for traffic or construction.
• Supports warehouse with order picking and stock checks.
