Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a CDL driver for an on-site Lithia Springs, GA location. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. Starting pay is $22 per hour, experience-based, with a pay range later disclosed as $19.26–$30.76 hourly. Role includes material delivery, basic fleet duties, and warehouse support with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and meet DOT requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic technology including tablets.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, load and unload safely.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Adhere to all safety policies and PPE usage.
• Assist warehouse staff with orders, stocking, and staging; overtime as needed.
