Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a CDL driver for the onsite Lithia Springs, GA location. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30AM–4:30PM, with pay starting at $22 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering materials, loading/unloading with pallet jack, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring safety compliance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements and DOT standards.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, loading and unloading.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches for credit requests.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures of the company.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
