Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer locally and unload finished products to customer locations. You will read maps, use navigation software, and provide excellent customer service as a company ambassador.

The role requires a valid Class A or B license, at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, and the ability to meet state and federal transportation and medical requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three-axle vehicle.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer locally.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs during loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service as the company’s ambassador and build customer relationships.
• Willingness to assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Read, write, and understand English; use navigation software.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
