Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and provide prompt and complete collection services across assigned routes in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip checks, on-time pickups, accurate paperwork and adherence to DOT and FCC safety regulations. A Class B CDL and a high school diploma are required; garbage/recycling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Class B CDL required.
• Clearinghouse profile required.
• Must meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre/post-operation checks of a commercial vehicle to verify tire pressure, fluids, safety devices and gauges.
• Operates vehicle on assigned routes including roads, residential areas and alleys.
• Adheres to FCC safety regulations and DOT procedures while operating controls.
• Communicates courteously with coworkers, dispatchers and customers to ensure timely service.
• Monitors vehicle status to minimize downtime and ensure readiness.
• Completes necessary paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity to ensure on-time client service.
• Follows and enforces all safety regulations and procedures.
