Eastern Waste Systems, Inc is hiring CDL Drivers to operate locally and be home daily with no long hauls. We provide full training to safely operate our equipment and be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL for at least 2 years, clean driving record, and ability to work Monday-Saturday. We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 and multiple benefits, with opportunities for advancement in a growing local company.

Qualifications

• CDL license valid for at least 2 years.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Drug-free workplace; testing required.
• Available Monday-Saturday including holidays.
• Experience in the waste industry is a plus.
• Experience operating grapple or bucket trucks is helpful.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse with no open violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Safely drive assigned routes as scheduled by management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Be self-sufficient and reliable.
