Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• CDL required for assigned vehicle type.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid CDL and road test completed.
• Compliance with FMCSA drug and alcohol regulations.
• Ability to meet insurability and MVR standards.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and perform basic math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles over 26,001 lbs GVWR to deliver or pick up merchandise and equipment.
• Safely load/unload vehicles and secure cargo.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Log daily activities using required electronic devices.
• Record inspection data and defect lists as per FMCSA rules.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety procedures and transport regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members.
