We are a full-service moving company, and this position involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods. Essential Functions and Duties:

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead crew in loading shipments onto/off trucks.
• Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist in loading trucks/containers for interstate movement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain shipment documentation and driver logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Willingness to travel locally and interstate.
• Ability to operate box trucks or tractor trailers (as per CDL qualification).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Real ID compliant ID or driver's license preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and stair use.
• Long-distance driving.
