Job summary

Marvin is seeking a DC Loader to join our operations team in Windsor, CT. You will load and unload trucks, help move trailers on-site, and support shipping and receiving with accurate records.

This role emphasizes safety, a clean work environment, and the potential for internal growth within logistics. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a pay rate of $25 per hour, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Lift or carry up to 85 lbs.
• Forklift/industrial vehicle licenses required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks by hand, ensure proper scanning and accurate paperwork.
• Relocate, transport, and stage for loading/unloading to meet goals.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping to maintain yard checks.
• Complete DOT/vehicle inspections for tractor and trailer.
• Follow DOT and Marvin regulations.
