Responsibilities

• Administer CDL and non CDL knowledge, pre trip, and road tests.
• Review identity documents to identify fraud and confirm authenticity.
• Process licenses, handle applications and provide service information.
• Use databases to verify identity and eligibility for license products.
• Follow REAL ID rules and all customer service policies.
