Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a CDL Driver Lead at the Johnstown DC to transport products to customers in a safe, timely manner and to support the distribution team. The role requires a Class A CDL and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting supervisors, running routes, checking inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays as directed.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist Distribution Supervisors with daily operations.
• Run relief and vacation routes.
• Drive safely to and from Sales Center to customer locations on route.
• Check store delivery inventory against invoiced quantity with warehouse/backroom manager.
• Check truck inventory against load-out report and return inventory against load-in report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
