Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist to cover routes, restock shelves, and maintain rotation standards on designated routes. You will train new teammates and assist the supervisor while ensuring courteous, safe, and timely service at customer locations.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and working on some weekends/holidays, with focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple routes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent 7-year MVR history.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English for basic math.
• Experience in route delivery, merchandising or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Handle route discipline tasks (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and safety-focused tasks.
• Address urgent customer needs timely by coordinating with sales and delivery teams.
