Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking Class A CDL drivers to support our landscape construction crews on high-end projects. This dual driver/crew member role involves operating company trucks, loading materials, and working as part of the crew on-site.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, tool use (hand/power tools), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in varying conditions. Juniper emphasizes growth, inclusivity, and a culture that welcomes and celebrates its team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months driving experience with an active CDL and minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid regular (Class E) driver's license
• Must pass the mandatory CDL Clearinghouse process
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
