Juniper is growing! We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to work with our landscape construction crews on high-end landscaping projects in Fort Myers, FL.

This dual driver/crew member role offers the opportunity to operate company trucks, perform site preparation, and contribute to premium outdoor spaces. Join a full-service landscape design, build, and management company known for its award-winning work and strong core values.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license with at least 6 months driving experience.
• At least 2 years with a standard Class E driver’s license.
• Landscape installation experience and plant knowledge required.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and transport crew.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure truck/trailer are maintained.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Work as a member of the landscape construction crew at each site.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape projects.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operating company truck and transporting crew members
• Performing daily vehicle inspections and ensuring truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Loading & unloading materials and equipment
• Working as a member of the landscape construction crew at each work site.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction projects
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum 6 months driving experience with an active CDL Class A License and minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid regular (Class E) driver's license
• Must pass the mandatory CDL Clearinghouse process
• Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge required
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
