TransWest is seeking candidates to enter a 4-week Sponsored Training Program to obtain a Passenger Endorsement and then transition into CDL driver roles. You will transport business clients on scheduled routes, perform daily safety checks, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 6 Months of professional driving experience.
• Current/Active DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Obtain CDL Permit.
• Complete 4-week TransWest Sponsored Training Program.
• Employment contingent on background check.
• Able to communicate proficiently in English.
• Able to work independently, yet able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4-week Sponsored Training Program to obtain Passenger endorsement
• Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately daily
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters
• Must be professional and safety minded
• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
