Job summary

SpaceXSI in Memphis, TN seeks a Driver to oversee delivery and material transport for data center construction and operations. You’ll move high-value components such as servers and networking gear between warehouses, vendor sites, and data centers, combining driving with route coordination.

You will follow safety standards, maintain delivery documentation, operate forklifts when needed, and support inventory tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in expediting, material handling, or high-volume logistics.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles while meeting regulations.
• Safely load/unload trucks at pickup/drop-off points, using forklifts and securing loads.
• Scan barcodes and transact material movements in WMS/ERP.
• Take route directions from logistics leadership and report delays or issues.
• Maintain delivery documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor vehicle condition, service records, cleanliness, and fueling; report issues.
• Operate Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and maintain a safe driving record.
• Support receiving, material handling, and inventory operations as needed.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
