Job summary

Americrane Rentals in Texas is seeking experienced CDL drivers to join our transportation team. You will haul cranes, equipment, and materials to and from job sites using company trucks and trailers, with a focus on oversize/overweight loads and DOT compliance.

Safety, reliability, and timely deliveries are essential in this role. Candidates should have a CDL Class A, a clean driving record, and 3+ years of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably with heavy haul or crane equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement, and trip planning.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or nights.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Experience with flatbeds, lowboys, and oversize loads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles to transport cranes, equipment, and materials.
• Secure loads properly in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and job site personnel for timely deliveries.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and Americrane safety policies.
• Assist with setup, loading/unloading, and rigging when required.
