Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Class B CDL driver to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes, and ensure safety policies are followed. You will interact with dispatchers and other personnel to complete services in a timely and professional manner.

The role requires DOT-regulated qualifications, the ability to lift heavy objects, and adherence to safety standards while contributing to reliable waste management services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Class B CDL is required for the driver role.
• Must meet all DOT regulatory qualifications.
• Position requires lifting heavy objects as part of duties.
• Substance abuse testing is required; FCC is a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete pre- and post-operation inspections of commercial vehicles.
• Operates commercial vehicles on assigned routes including highways and residential areas.
• Interacts with dispatchers and personnel to ensure timely service completion.
• Completes required documents and reports accurately.
• Maintains safety policies and monitors vehicle readiness to minimize downtime.
