Job summary

Railserve is hiring a dependable CDL Driver in Indiana to support rail construction and operations projects. This full-time role involves transporting equipment, materials, and tools to job sites, operating a Class A truck, and assisting field teams while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT and FRA regulations.

The position requires a valid Class A CDL, willingness to travel and stay overnight, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Compensation is hourly and experience-based.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Ability to secure loads safely to trailers.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed and lowboy trailers.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Report any defects or maintenance needs to internal teams.
