Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking Crew Members/Drivers for our Charleston Maintenance Team, offering competitive pay between $19-$25 per hour based on experience. Applicants should have at least one year of experience and a valid driver's license.

This role involves navigating multiple job sites daily, adhering to safety standards, and learning to operate equipment. We provide on-the-job training, medical benefits, and a flexible work-life balance in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years.
• Experience with trailer driving in urban environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate driving to and from multiple job sites in a day.
• Keep the vehicle organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Adhere to DOT Standards and Best Practices.
• Utilize landscape hand tools.
• Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Crew Members/Drivers – Charleston Maintenance Team

Pay Range: $19-25/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Must have the ability to navigate driving to and from multiple job sites in a day
• Prioritize keeping the vehicle organized, clean and safe at all times
• Adhere to DOT Standards and Best Practices
• Ability and willingness to learn how to efficiently operate two cycle equipment
• Utilize landscape hand tools
• Work M-F 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years
• Experience with trailer driving in urban environments is preferred
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have a history of safe driving
