Job summary

Gator Gypsum, Inc. in Sarasota is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial vehicle and deliver building materials to residential and commercial sites. You will load/unload, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL (Class B min; Class A preferred), a clean MVR, and knowledge of DOT regulations. You will work both independently and with a team in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• Valid CDL and at least a Class B license; Class A preferred.
• Clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load/unload materials and deliver to job sites as directed.
• Maintain compliance records and report accidents promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
