Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. – Camden, a part of SRS Distribution, is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver materials to commercial and residential sites. You will load/unload and maintain compliance with DOT regulations while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role involves outdoor work at construction sites, lifting up to 100 lbs, and possible overtime or early starts. Benefit programs accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL license.
• Minimum Class B license; Class A strongly preferred.
• Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at job sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional attitude.
