Salary: $20-$25/hourly

Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks (single, tandem, or multi-axle) for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and energy products, following specified schedules to/from company or customer locations.
• Operate all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards and proper operation techniques.
• Perform and record daily safety checks of vehicles and equipment, including pre-trip inspections and maintenance.
• Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, promoting excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate logs and records, and develop market knowledge through territory and competitive analysis.
• Maintain company equipment and adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Follow the Company Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience operating tractor trailers or tender trucks, meeting company and DOT standards.
• Essential skills include business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must have or be able to obtain a CDL with required endorsements, a valid medical card, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and on-call as needed.
• Willingness to participate in training on company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in various conditions, lift 51-70 lbs, and work at heights if required.
