This hybrid role requires a confident professional who can safely operate heavy trucks and various types of earth-moving equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and experienced with excavation and site work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes.
• Haul heavy equipment using trailers; secure and transport earth-moving machinery.
• Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment efficiently.
• Perform excavation work around utilities, following safe digging practices.
• Assist in site preparation and pipe laying activities as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks.
• Step in with manual labor (e.g., shoveling, grading) to support crew operations.
• Follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a clean and organized work site.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with air brake endorsement (Tanker endorsement is a plus).
• Proven experience driving 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks.
• Experience hauling and loading/unloading equipment trailers.
