Sentry ND in Watford City, ND is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver to haul equipment regionally or for long-haul routes using side dump trailers. You will secure loads and complete daily paperwork, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have valid Class A CDL, experience with side dumps, and a mindset of reliability and professionalism. Oilfield or construction hauling experience is a plus, with a varied schedule including early mornings

Responsibilities

• Safely haul equipment and materials on regional or long-haul routes.
• Operate CDL trucks with side dump trailers safely and efficiently.
• Secure loads using chains, binders, and other load securement methods.
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete tickets, load documentation, and daily paperwork accurately.
• Maintain and care for assigned trucks and equipment.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and job site personnel.
• Work flexible schedules, including early mornings, long days, and rotational/on-call schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely haul a variety of equipment and materials across regional or long-haul routes
• Operate CDL trucks with side dump trailers safely and efficiently
• Haul dirt, gravel, scoria, and other materials as needed
• Secure loads using chains, binders, and other proper load securement methods
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete tickets, load documentation, and daily paperwork accurately
• Maintain and care for assigned trucks and equipment
• Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and job site personnel
• Work flexible schedules, including early mornings, long days, and rotational/on-call schedules when needed
