Job summary

Juniper is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our landscape construction crews in Fort Myers, FL. This dual driver/crew member role involves operating the truck, loading materials, and assisting with on-site landscape projects to maintain high-end results.

You'll work outdoors in varying weather, perform routine vehicle inspections, and contribute to a team focused on quality and safety. Competitive benefits available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license with at least 6 months driving experience.
• Two years driving with regular Class E license.
• Landscape installation experience and plant knowledge required.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and transport crew members.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Work as a member of the landscape construction crew.
• Use hand and power tools to complete landscape projects.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely operating company truck and transporting crew members
• Performing daily vehicle inspections and ensuring truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Loading & unloading materials and equipment
• Working as a member of the landscape construction crew at each work site.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction projects
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills

• Minimum 6 months driving experience with an active CDL Class A License and minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid regular (Class E) driver's license
• Must pass the mandatory CDL Clearinghouse process
• Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge required
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
