Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring a delivery driver in San Leandro, CA. The role requires a valid CDL A/B, DOT-physical eligibility, and experience with loading, unloading, and delivering materials to customer sites.

You will coordinate deliveries, maintain records, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The position offers benefits and a shift from 3:00am to 11:30am, with competitive hourly pay in California based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B required and in good standing, valid license.
• Ability to pass the DOT physical.
• Experience with chaining and strapping preferred.
• Multitasking and prioritization to manage multiple deliveries.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of deliveries and paperwork.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred).
• Ability to organize and plan tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Eclipse recommended, forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customer job sites or other locations while following safety procedures.
• Load and unload materials and return undelivered material to the warehouse.
• Notify QA Team or Supervisor of returned materials and note disposition.
• Label items and document delivery details.
• Check quantities and obtain signatures for deliveries.
• Transfer materials between warehouse locations and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain vehicle and submit condition reports; observe DOT regulations.
• Keep records, submit expense reports, and complete DVIR logs.
• Assist warehouse team with orders, stocking, and general duties.
• Act as backup router and adapt to flexible hours as needed.
