OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring a delivery driver in San Leandro, CA. You will deliver orders, load/unload materials, and coordinate deliveries for customers, adhering to safety and DOT rules.

The role requires a CDL, clean MVR, ability to pass DOT physical, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish. Forklift experience and MS Office familiarity are a plus in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL A or B with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass DOT physical where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Chaining and strapping experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Organize and plan tasks efficiently.
• Experience with truck-mounted forklifts preferred.
• MS Office experience preferred.
• Eclipse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customer job sites or requested locations according to safety procedures.
• Load and unload materials and return undelivered items to the warehouse.
• Notify QA Team/Supervisor of materials returned to warehouse.
• Label items with disposition notes (redeliver, cancel, wrong material).
• Check quantities of goods received and obtain signatures for deliveries.
• Transfer materials between OneSource warehouse locations.
• Present a positive company image when delivering to customers.
• Coordinate the scheduling of deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and submit truck condition reports.
• Audit assembled items to confirm delivery accuracy with sales tickets.
• Observe safety rules and DOT regulations for drivers.
