Job summary

NEW Cooperative is seeking a driven individual to support crop protection, fertilizer application, and agronomy product delivery while delivering safe, reliable customer service. You will assist in grain operations and help ensure efficient, accurate product handling across the location.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker/HazMat endorsements and a Commercial Applicator’s License, plus DOT physicals every two years.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 1-3 months related experience.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive; CDL Class A with tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Applicator’s License.
• DOT physical every 2 years minimum.
• Strong reading and comprehension of safety rules and procedures.
• Able to interact and communicate with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate spraying equipment, tender trucks, and NH3 equipment.
• Load and unload vehicles based on work orders; assist in other areas as needed.
• Operate a semi-truck in the off-season as needed.
• Calibrate application equipment; maintain agronomy facilities.
