Job summary

SRS Building Products in San Jose, CA is seeking a CDL Driver & Crane Operator to safely transport building materials within a 200-mile radius and to coordinate with rooftop loaders. You will operate trucks, cranes, and forklifts, perform DOT-compliant inspections, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA safety standards, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience operating cranes, knuckle booms, or crane-equipped trucks.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred.
• Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections required.
• Clean driving record; no major violations in last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials within a 200-mile radius, following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Operate trucks, cranes, and forklifts; coordinate with rooftop loaders for accurate deliveries and damage-free handling.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; document deliveries with photos and notes.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and support warehouse/yard operations.
