Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment seeks a contractor driver to provide vehicle delivery and pickup services across multiple locations. This role involves operating CMVs under FMCSR regulations and coordinating as a Multiple Employer Driver.

Term: 365 days with 2 days' notice for termination. Compensation is provided by Client under a contractor arrangement, with a focus on timely, compliant service delivery.

Contractor Services

During the term of this contract, Contractor shall provide Client with various services to be determined by Client. It is anticipated that Client will request services primarily related to Bruckner’s dealership entry requests. Contractor will be delivering and picking up commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma as well as other out of state runs. Contractor will alsoprovideservicesas directedforothercircumstancesifneeded.

Multiple Employer Driver

The Contractor agrees that they are either a “MultipleEmployerDriver” or have the freedom to be a “MultipleEmployerDriver” if they desire todoso at anytimeduring the contract terms.Driverensurestheyare currentwithallFMCSRregulationsfor thosepersonsthatoperateaCMV.

Term

ThisAgreementshallbeeffectivefor365days,unlesseitherpartywantstoterminate,withaminimumoftwo (2)daysadvancewrittennoticetotheotherparty.
