Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year+ professional driving experience and vehicle mechanical experience preferred, plus customer service.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Must hold a valid CDL (Class B or C) with a clean driving record for 5 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in random testing.
• Must complete Defensive Driving Course before driving company vehicle.
• Passenger endorsement or airbrake endorsement may be required to drive all vehicles.
• Experience driving in all weather conditions, including winter and tire chain installation.
• Ability to maintain vehicle and equipment, follow safety and SDS guidelines.
• Travel required: little or no travel (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments in and out of vehicles.
• Operate vehicles under 26,000 lb GVW for passengers or goods.
• Drive defensively and follow company safety policies at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and concierge assistance to guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and transporting guests.
• Maintain logs and communicate with dispatcher for special/group requests.
• May perform clerical tasks and occasional warehouse duties.
• Occasionally dispense propane per safety regulations.
