Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, motivated CDL B Delivery Driver to join our team. As a driver with Ernst Concrete, you will be responsible for delivering concrete products to job sites and various locations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concrete products using a 24 ft flatbed truck to various sites and locations.
  • Assist with rebar fabrication and other warehouse duties as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about the products we carry.
  • Follow the company's personal appearance, safety, and PPE policies.
  • Perform job functions in accordance with company policies and management guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a positive, team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class B CDL (State-Issued).
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow directions with precision.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, D.O.T. medical examination, and drug/alcohol testing.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
