Job summary

MVI FIELD SERVICES is hiring for a Waste-Water Services role. The successful candidate will collect and transport 55-gallon drums of petroleum contact water from convenience stores and dispose of waste at approved facilities, following all regulations.

The position requires a valid Class B CDL, a clean driving record, and regular travel with company-paid expenses. Eligible applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and a DOT medical examination, maintain the company service truck, report

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver license and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have and maintain a valid Class B CDL and be able to obtain a medical certificate.
• Pre-employment drug test and DOT physical are required.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to travel regularly.
• Ability to drive and maintain the company service truck.
• Follow company expense policy and submit receipts.

Responsibilities

DEPARTMENT: Waste-Water Services

DESCRIPTION:

The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting and transporting 55-gallon drums of petroleum contact water received at convenience stores. Collecting waste from other containments at convenience stores. Then, disposing of such waste at approved facilities for processing while following all regulations and client requirements. Represent and promote MVI in a courteous and cordial manner, building client confidence and maximum efficiency. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to travel on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Have a valid U.S. driver’s license and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have and be able to maintain a valid Class B CDL and be able to obtain a medical certificate
• Ability to drive and maintain the company service truck
• Travel throughout the work week-typically leave Monday and return Friday (company paid travel expenses)
• Responsible for following company expense policy and submitting receipts.
• Complete a pre-employment drug test, physical (including DOT), and
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good operating condition, including having vehicle serviced for preventative maintenance.
• Submit all reports timely and accurately in software systems
• Ability to meet with clients and state regulators

EXPECTATIONS:

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to follow strict safety and technical protocols
• Able to kneel, stand, lean, bend, sit, walk on uneven surfaces, and drive for long distances
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate applications on smartphones
• Experience using handheld tools
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Drivers are expected to pick up/drop off based on the assigned route within the assigned timeframe
• Accurately report on waste moved using company provided smartphone
• Have attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic
