Dutchess Beer Distributors Kingston location is seeking a few qualified CDL Drivers to join their team.

Requirements:

• Must be focused, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License, minimum Class B.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 175 pounds with the aid of a hand truck.

Responsibilities:

• Assigned stops on a daily basis, loaded onto the truck, and hand-delivered to each stop from Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting wage is determined by experience and training needs, with a minimum starting wage of $20 plus commission.
• This is a local union position, with a 6-month probationary period requiring no missed time.
• Vesting period with guaranteed increases until reaching full union scale after 7 years; commission between .17-.21 per delivered case.
• Annual compensation ranges between $60,000 and $80,000 for entry-level, increasing to $70,000-$80,000 after vesting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior beverage delivery experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus but will be provided through training and certification.
