Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a CDL-qualified delivery driver to transport materials to customers and return goods as needed from our Charleston, WV location.

You will load and unload with pallet jack, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT and safety rules. A valid CDL A or B, a current DOT medical card, and a customer‑focused, safety‑minded attitude are essential. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly; load/unload and ensure delivery ticket accuracy.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with picking, preparing orders, stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed; adhere to PPE and safety regulations.
