Job summary

Viking Inc in Warren, ME is seeking a delivery driver to transport building materials to and from customer job sites. You'll load and unload vehicles, prepare customer orders, and operate a forklift as needed.

The role requires a Class B or A license, experience with boom trucks/equipment, and willingness to shovel snow in winter. Reports to the Dispatcher / Store Manager; competitive salary and full-time employment offered.

Qualifications

Class B or A License Required.
Prior building materials experience helpful.
Experience operating Boom Truck and Equipment.
Fork Lift certification.

Responsibilities

Load, Deliver, and unload company vehicles in accordance with delivery invoices to include lifting and carrying merchandise, lumber and building materials.
Prepare customer orders to include retrieving merchandise and materials from storage areas in accordance with customer invoices.
Operate fork lift to load, unload and stock merchandise as needed.
Adhere to all approved company policies and procedures.
Report customer complaints to Manager.
Inventory goods and notify Manager of shortages and needed goods to be ordered.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Removal & Shoveling of Snow from material piles and yard during Winter Months
